Data science Journey, located in Karachi, is an exciting and tested data science curriculum that is specifically designed to prepare you for a career in the analytics world. It’s designed by international data scientists from Australia and USA to prepare you for transitioning into a data science role. The program consists of both theoretical and practical applications of data science curriculum that is sure to build your skills for a great paying job!

Our History

After pursuing his Masters degree in Big Data from Sydney, our co-founder Fawad Mehdi came to Pakistan and launched DSJ with an experienced Technologist and founder of a leading company Liquid Technologies. Together they created a package which will not only teach you the theoretical skills but will practically enable you to solve problems pertaining to data science.

Fawad Mahdi
Fawad Mahdi
Fawad Mahdi is a Senior Data Scientist at NexDegree (Private) Limited. At NexDegree, Fawad helps partner organizations develop analytical solutions using cutting edge machine learning technologies to drive systematic and strategic digital transformation. Prior to joining NexDegree, Fawad worked in the consulting industry in Sydney, Australia where he helped organizations align data science technologies to defined organizational needs and also served as a teaching fellow at The University of Sydney in their business analytics division. His experience spans over 8 years and includes private and public sector experience in the areas of management and finance. He is also the founder of 'Data Science Journey (DSJ) Pakistan' where he mentors students and professionals to adopt analytical and machine learning skills. Fawad holds a Masters in Big Data from The University of Sydney, an MBA from IBA Karachi and BSc in Economics from LUMS

HADI TABANI IS A DIRECTOR AT TTI GROUP AND LEADING ALL TECH RELATED VENTURES OF THE GROUP, INCLUDING VC INVESTMENT STAKES AND LIQUID TECHNOLOGIES AS CEO. HE HAS COMPUTER SCIENCE AND MATHEMATICAL ECONOMICS DEGREES FROM RICE UNIVERSITY AND HAS BEEN PART OF MULTI MILLION DOLLAR DIGITAL TRANSFORMATIONS AS PART OF HIS CONSULTING ROLE AT ACCENTURE. HE HAS WON AWARDS FOR INNOVATION IN DEVOPS FROM ACCENTURE GLOBAL DURING HIS TENURE AS THE AUTOMATION LEAD AT A LEADING TELECOMMUNICATION GIANT IN THE UNITED STATES. CURRENTLY, HADI LEADS LIQUID TECHNOLOGIES IN SOLVING COMPLEX REAL WORLD PROBLEMS USING DATA AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AS WELL AS HELP YOUNG STUDENTS CARVE THEIR JOURNEY IN A DATA CENTRIC WORLD.
